I recently heard on the radio that you can drink tap water from Misratah Boko Haram in Nigeria? Well, what a surprise!
I thought that the national water agency in Nigeria would not allow any sort of contaminant to be used on their water. Apparently, they have changed their minds and allow the drinking of contaminated water.
It is not only a drinking problem that concerns me though. Since the water from Misratah Boko Haram is supposed to be purified, then why are people dying from drinking this water? And I mean truly dying from drinking it.
In many cases, I have had to wash my mouth after drinking the tap water. That is a good thing, but when you come down with a fever or stomach upset, you will be glad you did not drink it and that you could take a bath. Not only will that wash away all the sickness, but it will also make you feel better. So much better than all those sick days off work!
